Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering your equipment safely, quickly, and reliably across Indonesia.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Same Day	Same day	Available for Jabodetabek area (orders placed before 11:00 AM WIB)
Cargo	5–14 business days	For large orders or deliveries outside Java

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB).
Orders placed before 1:00 PM WIB will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM WIB or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
A tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp once the package has been handed to the courier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater).
Costs are automatically displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount — check active promotions on our homepage.

Shipping Coverage

Packaging

All products are packed to high safety standards using bubble wrap, double-wall cardboard boxes, and security tape.
Technical equipment (harnesses, ropes, hardware) is packed separately to prevent damage during transit.
An invoice and warranty card are included in every package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please document the condition of the package upon receipt (photo/video before opening).
Report any damage or loss within 1×24 hours of receiving the package.
Claims will be processed with the courier. We will fully assist you throughout the claims process.
